• Reduced annual Operating Budget 40% over a 7 month period, through migration from a largely Per Diem staff to a full-time environment.

Reporting to the Head Anesthesiologist provided clinical anesthesia for this 150 bed hospital.
• Evaluated and implemented anesthesia management in a variety of surgical suites including: (trauma, OB, general surgery, cardiothoracic, orthopedics.
• Introduced the art of the “Respiratory Therapist Roll” in all clinical settings to a country which has not recognized this field due to its enormous complexities. All of these responsibilities are generally handled by the Anesthesiologist department
